I have just had my flu and Covid immunisations. The organisation (notification of the appointment, arrangements for optimal patient flow) and the clinical application were exemplary, as is usual for treatment here. ( I also have regular blood tests as I am on anticoagulant therapy)

Thanks for all your staff and volunteers for providing such a calm efficient and effective immunisation clinic. Even though I had additional needs they were quickly catered for. Thank you

Very well run, efficient and friendly trip to the Leiston Surgery for Covid and Flu vaccinations today. Really appreciate everyone who gave up their weekend to offer this service.

I am very grateful to the Leiston surgery team and volunteers organising a local vaccination centre rather than having to travel to another town. This practice has been brilliant all through the Covid pandemic. The team is very community orientated. I have also found the in-house pharmacy and other services a very useful one-stop 'shop' for health advice.

I have been able to get a telephone appointment with the GP on the day and then booked in for a face to face the following day. The service I received was excellent.

My wife and I were having our combined flu and COVID booster jabs. From direction with parking through signing in to administering of the actual jabs was completed with great efficiency and by very polite and helpful staff.

Once again, Leiston surgery has come up trumps! Like a slick, well-oiled machine todays injections went very well and as always, the staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. With all the negativity in the news today, we are so fortunate to have such an excellent surgery in this area. Thank you

Turned up for Covid and flu boosters at appointed time, went straight in with only tiny queue. Disappointed that no staff let alone patients were wearing masks - the vulnerable must feel forgotten.
