Volunteers and staff had given up their Saturday to run the flu and covid clinic we attended. We arrived early but were ushered in almost immediately, registered and then shown the way through the one way system. A doctor administered our jabs, one of four staff doing so. He, like everyone else, was helpful, kind, considerate and only gave a small amount of pain! We were out of the surgery 10 minutes before our appointment time. Thank you and well done again Leiston Surgery!

Had my covid and my flu jab, all went very smoothly, no queueing very short wait, and done.... no problems. thanks to all concerned.

You cannot fault the service Leiston surgery provides - all staff are amazing. There may be a wait on the phone but you always get a call back or get asked in for a face to face appointment.

My partner and I booked to have our Covid and Flu Jabs. We were called within 2 mins of arriving and we were back in our car in under 5 minutes. What a great and efficient service from start to finish! Thank You Leiston Surgery!!!

Recent experience for flu & covid vaccines - the practice is organised very efficiently so that you are only queuing for a short period. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I always feel in safe hands here - despite being an incredibly busy practice, the staff genuinely care about your wellbeing and take sufficient time to ask all the right questions. Thank you to everyone at Leiston Surgery!
