Everyone who works or volunteers at this practice goes above and beyond to make their patients feel welcome. Polite, efficient and helpful. I do feel that attention is paid to annual checkups carried out every year. Thank you!

A flu and COVID clinic attendance was really well organised resulting in quick service . Traffic was met by a volunteer advising parking system in place which worked flawlessly.insured the flow of cars. I side the surgery a welcoming team processed details quickly allowing flow onto the queue for inoculation which moved quickly . All staff very welcoming. Top job

Appointment was for a flu vaccination. From entering surgery to seeing doctor was no more than 5 minutes. I was asked if i required the Covid vaccine as well. Agreeing to this i had it done too. All in all the experience was excellent. The informal chatter with Doctor and administrator and lack of pain of the injections made the experience fine to go through with.

The procedure at the surgery for Covid and Flu vaccinations was well prepared and worked extremely well. Patients were seen punctually and processed through the clinic quickly and with care. Parking at the surgery was guided by volunteers outside and allowed easy departure from the higher level car park without compromising incoming traffic to the surgery. Absolutely brilliant!! Well done and many thanks for providing such prompt, sensitive and professional care to patients throughout the year. Thank you so much.

Questions are answered and appointments are made by cheerful voices at "Reception". All the doctors and nurses, in my experience,have been helpful, courteous and highly professional. Days given to vaccine injections are very well run with the assistance of local volunteers. I recommend this surgery.

This autumn I had Covid, 'flu and pneumonia vaccinations. The surgery organises these sessions extremely well, with no queues and fast booking in. All staff at the session kind and helpful.

The influenza and covid vaccinations today were very efficiently planned and executed. I was impressed with the use of volunteers to guide us through the procedure. They were welcoming, cheerful and helpful

Very slick and well organised operation. Turned up at appointed time for Covid and flu jabs and processed very quickly and efficiently. All done in a matter of minutes with no fuss.

I was scheduled for my flu and COVID vaccinations.The whole procedure was very efficient and completed in the minimum time.All the staff involved were professional and extremely helpful.
