    As I’m slightly deaf I had problems hearing exactly what the Dr was saying to me. Cream recommended and Specialist would contact me at a later date to see if cream had worked.

    I was really happy with my appointment seeing the GP. She referred me for a CT scan and other tests which hopefully will sort out my problem. GP was extremely efficient.

    Had a call back in 20 mins , appointment on an hour , blood test and ECG all done by 1pm. Excellent could not have asked for more.

    I feel like this surgery is really upping its game. I deal with them with my own health and that of my 90 year old mum and they seem a lot more switched on than they used to be. I had a really good experience recently with both the GP and a Pharmacist. Both helpful and informative. There’s still room for improvement. We have to persevere a bit more with my mum to get help or acknowledgment that there is a problem but on the whole I’m pleased with this surgery and their performance.

    The doctor was unable to identify my problem during the consultation but arranged for a number of tests to be carried out. A consequence of this was that I have confidence that the doctor is doing their best to identify if I have a condition that needs to be treated.
