I Had a blood pressure and foot review with diabetic nurse at Humbleton Drive today I wanted to take the time to compliment this nurse she was absolutely fantastic she spent time with me helping me with what foods to eat and what foods to avoid to try and bring my readings down she even took the time to write some notes for me . I have had diabetic reviews in the past but never came away feeling I can bring my results down as I now know exactly what foods to avoid . She had such a lovely way with her and made me feel so much better about myself cause after our chat and all her advice I know I can improve my health I even finnished work and went to Marks and Spencer’s to buy the foods she advised. She made time for me she helped me no end without it being a lecture she even spoke about what she eats as she is diabetic and said she realises how hard it is what a great asset she is to your team and when my results are better it will be down to the guidance of this fabulous nurse . I always think everyone is quick enough to complain but never take the time to praise I really hope she gets to read this and I am so pleased I came to see her today Thank you so much you have helped me more than you probably realise thank you for making time for me and being so wonderful Kind Regards Lynne Lawton

Friendly staff. Happy to help. You can ring in a morning and get an appointment that day which is great. Doctors will ring for appointments too and di so when they say that they will.

This was a telephone call with the pharmacist and went very well. She listened to all I had to say and adjusted medication as necessary. Very impressed.

After registering with the GP, my first appointment was the same day I called for it and I was able to see the doctor. Their staff were friendly and polite. This is what I never experienced with my former GP. I recommend 100%

i had an appointment for my daughters on 19. When i took the appointment i said symptoms ate from a month but still they book the appointment with primary practictioner who said she cannot do anything we need to book an appointment with GP. when I talked with receptiionist that i told the lady the symptoms are one month old she was so rude she rudely replied no u said 3 weeks which was . wrong. She was not good as the receptionst should be. I am very dissappointed with the practice because most of the time they waste their appointment by booking me with wrong person who advice me to book the appointment with GP.

As I’m slightly deaf I had problems hearing exactly what the Dr was saying to me. Cream recommended and Specialist would contact me at a later date to see if cream had worked.
