    Very pleasant staff and great experience I would like to recommend this to my friends and the doctor was clear in taking the history. I am so happy with the overall performance of this health Center. Thank you NHS

    Easy and quick to get through in the morning for a same day appointment. Reception staff very helpful and polite. Appointment on time and clinician very thorough and helpful.

    I spoke with a lady who's name begins with a R for my medical review.... She was one of the best I have ever discussed issues with. There we're a few things I needed to know and as promised she spoke to the relevant person and got back to me the next day. Very professional service would like it to be her for ever review

    Sometimes when making an appointment with a doctor your put with a paramedic and that’s ok some of the time But when I really needed to see a doctor I actually got to see one and he also then made me an appointment to see him one week later for a follow up The reception staff at horizon healthcare burton road are polite and friendly and that’s unusual for doctors receptionists The medical staff are brilliant the only improvement I can suggest is to stop using paramedics and put patients with doctors

    Saw doctor he made referral and all sorted within two weeks. Felt very confidant talking to doctor . From the minute I booked in to when I left I felt more confident.

    I got seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time. Also the good thing is that they call you back when in a queue, rather than holding on the phone

    Appointment was on time, easy and I left with one less thing to worry about. Oh, and 40 years isn't how long it took them to answer the phone, that was 30 minutes.
