    Following a call for an appointment at 8am I was offered a callback and was duly called and offered an appointment later that day. The Nurse Practitioner was very understanding and caring, she prescribed a couple of medications which seem to be helping and a recommendation to call and ask for a GP appointment to request an x-ray after 10 days. Delighted as always with the service we receive from our practice. Thank you.

    I was coming for my covid jab and there was a massive queue so much so we had to queue outside in the rain , but the queue went down very quickly , all the staff I encountered were efficient and friendly

    Arrived for Covid and flu vaccination. I was booked in efficiently and then had to queue in the Covid line for about 10 minutes and then received both vaccinations at the same time. Overall they were quite well organised.

    Doctor paid absolutely no interest in what I had to say regarding my symptoms I feel pushed to the side with nobody to turn to for help I joined this doctors in the hope it would be different and my voice would finally be heard but no such luck

    The Dr rang me regarding my recent x-ray which I had done at the Royal Derby Hospital telling me that I have got Osteoporosis and I need to have some steroid injection putting in my left knee.

    I received a medication review over the phone. The lady was very kind and caring whilst also interested in how I was getting on. She seemed very knowledgable about the medication effects
