    Telephoned for an appointment 7th in the que prompt answer and appointment the same day all good .Antibiotics prescribed and sent straight the chemist next door for me to pick up

    Doctor listened to my problem and put my mind at ease Having hip/ sciatic nerve problems at the moment so have had to make several appointments but have been seen to straight away

    I had recently had tests done, and I was given a date for my test results. It was to be a call from the surgery. The call was within the time that I had been told. I was given results and further information in the call, and it was explained to me what would happen next. Everything was done correctly and clearly. All of my questions were answered within the call.

    GP listened carefully to the problem, I was treated with respect and referred efficiently. Managed to get same day appointment. I have seen several GPs from this practice and they are all very good

    Got an appointment same day like the ring back service over half an hour late going into see doctor but there may have been an emergency am waiting for a medical form to be completed paid £50 on 15 August but not had it back yet. That’s my only issue

    The Clinical pharmacist conducted my medication review. He was professional, courteous, friendly, asked appropriate questions, listened carefully to my answers and my questions, helped me to understand my blood test results, took action to support me further and gave guidance on next steps. Thank you, very much appreciated.

    The new ( to me ) use of messenger on phone is to the point, efficient and works. Request answered, appointment made. Once at surgery from receptionist to nurse...polite and professional.
