    Got an appointment with the Dr that I wanted to see, didn't have to wait long. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Dr was excellent as usual, I came out with answers and possibly solutions.

    I filled in the online form which resulted in a face to face appointment with a GP - amazing. I only saw a medical student - no problem here at all as he triaged very well- but I never actually saw the doctor. I needed someone to see something that had got bigger and painful recently but this didn’t happen. I understand everyone has to learn and I have no problem with this but I would have liked to have seen the doctor quickly. I work with dental students and they triage etc. but it’s always double checked by a qualified tutor. Whilst I appreciate its not life threatening some guidance would have been reassuring??

    I had a mental health incident in late May and was seriously considering suicide. The help, support, treatment & care I have received from Homewell & Mind has simply put saved my life. We've tried 2 types of medication as the first wasn't working, I've had 5 face to face sessions with a Mind colleague & I'm awaiting my italk cbt counselling sessions to start. I am on the journey of recovery but homewell have not only been there every step of the way but also reassured me that they will be there with me in the future whenever I need them. Cannot praise high enough - I'm still here because of them.

    The doctor listened patiently and then gave me a very thorough examination and asked many questions. She sent me for a blood test which reception arranged for a time to suit me. She also referred me to occupation and physio therapists. Depending on the results of the blood test she will refer me to cardiology. She will arrange for a follow up appointment in a few weeks.

    Finally got an appointment faca to face only to be told Im not sure why you are here there is nothing I can do for you if that was the case why make me an appointment and waste my time I was told you have an appointment with physiotherapy if it doesn't help then ask them what the next step is, was very annoyed

    I was given a one to one Doctors appointment when it became necessary for me to see someone. I received excellent attention and care and was advised about the diagnosis and prescribed medication. I did not feel rushed. Thank you.

    Nearly every time I complete the online booking form, I get all the way to the end after following the question trail to be told to call 111 or 999, when I know it’s not an emergency, so you complete it again with a lot less info on just so it gets through the system! It is hard to get a face to face appointment, it took me two weeks even though it was for breathing issues. But when you finally get through to see the Dr of your choice, the one who knows you, knows your case, knows your history, so you don’t have to start from the beginning of any issues you are having and try to explain and/or remember everything, such a waste of time all this repetition, you could see more patients if the didn’t have to go through their history monologue. But when you do see the Dr of choice, they are wonderful, attentive, caring, interested and don’t rush you. Just get this online booking and online appointment sorted. As there have also been many telephone appointments where the clinician does not speak English as their first language and I’ve spent ages on the phone trying to understand what she is saying and I’m constantly asking her to repeat her question or to say it more slowly. Just get this fixed and more face to face please x

As we are a GP practice not an emergency service we have this system in place to protect our patients.     I contacted today with trouble with an infection . I put an online request in at 7:30am and got on with my work day . I received a text within an hour to arrange a call and I had treatment sorted by a wonderful nurse practitioner . Can’t ask for better than that ! Well done all
