Having been very disappointed and passive for the services provided over the past year I had a face to face appointment yesterday and wow! I can not rate the Dr enough. She took her time and listened to my concerns. For the first time in a long time I felt heard. She carried out several checks and reassured me things weren’t in my head. She explained several features of possible conditions and has referred me to a specialist at the hospital. She has also confirmed a few other concerns are what they are. I left feeling so happy with the care and attention. I have also been able to research further and know some things to help myself while waiting for the hospital. Thank you Dr.

Came yesterday for the first Time everywhere was clean and staff professional I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor who made me very welcome understood my concerns dealt with me in a professional manner Thank you

I have had a cough and phlegm for 12 weeks or more, I was surprised that I was offered a face to face with a GP, but was happy to accept. The Dr was very concerned and efficient and took the time to explain possible causes of my condition. The Dr checked up on the local hospital site to see what medicine I had been prescribed, as my memory is very poor. My faith in Homewell is restored thanks to this compassionate Dr. Thank you.

I presented for a review of my IBS concerns and the doctor was very professional and interested. He also kindly checked another concern I have and this has led quickly to an X-Ray appointment tomorrow. I am most grateful for this level of service and support.

We came yesterday (3rd August) for my daughters preschool vaccinations. We had prepared her for this beforehand but she was still nervous. She was made to feel like a proper grown up once we went in, being explained everything in a way that made sense for a toddler but also in a way that I assume made her feel in control and knowledgeable about what was going to happen. She was even given the option of which arm the jabs were to go in! She felt very brave afterwards, and was clearly not traumatised too much as she was able to remember the colour of the ladies hair once we were sat in the waiting room! Thank you for making it a pleasant experience for her - luckily she can now go 9 years before her next set of vaccinations but it’s good to know she will hopefully have nothing but a rather calm memory to recall. Next up, the 8 week vaccinations for my son. I can’t imagine that will go down so well!

Haven't been to the surgery for quite some time and was pleased with my visit, receptionist was pleasant and the Doctor was friendly and professional.

Needed to adjust medication. Filled in online form, bit of a faff, but OK. Received call back within a few hours and New prescription sent to pharmacy that day. I love online service saves time when you work.

The Dr was very good he explained his diagnosis very clearly and is following up my problem ihad a home visit from the surgery and was very pleased
