I visited the practice today and saw the nurse practitioner and GP who was assessing her I was very distressed and suffering with mental health issues/ anxiety and a number of unexplained health issues. The care I received was second to none. They listened, allowed me to cry, showed so much empathy I felt like I was the only patient they had, and that they had all the time in the world for me. They were so thorough, understanding and caring. I went into the room feeling like I'd got the weight of the world on my shoulders and came out feeling so much lighter and felt like someone had listened to me and took how I was feeling seriously. The follow up care following my appointment with links to things we had discussed was sent as promised, I have come away yes feeling rough and drained as I've been able to release how I was feeling and reassured that my symptoms are being looked into. These two ladies are a credit to there profession and went the extra mile to help me and made me realize myself how distressed and in need I actually was. Thank you so much!!

When you are seen by any of the team you know you are in safe hands. From the reception staff to the nurses & GP's - the care, support & empathy are amazing. I can't praise this practice enough

Recently joined the practice and I have been getting confused over my insulin as my previous practice changed it and didn’t explain anything to me. Hollybrook managed to get me straight in with a diabetes nurse. I brought up what medication I had to the appointment and she demonstrated what I need to do and how I need to change the cartridge. She took her time to make sure I understood my doses. Very pleasant, extremely helpful.

I had a positive experience this morning at Hollybrook when I had an unexpected reaction to a routine procedure. The staff were very kind and professional, they really looked after me and made sure I was completely well when I left. I wish I could leave names to highlight the brilliant staff. Thank you for your excellent care.

I was running low on my sons medication due to a mix up from boots chemist and sent a message to surgery, a few hours later the doctor rang me and issued it straight away for collection. Very impressive. Kind and understanding. Great service!

I have rang 3 separate times and was refused an appointment. They do not do advanced bookings over the phone. was told to use there app which only offers smears. so now I have to wait to find and register with a new GP.

Ringing for an appointment, is most stressful. My experience. Starting 10am rang about 5 times told to ring back later, lunch time rang 38th in the Queue. Pressed 0, waited got ring back mid afternoon, informed duty Doctor would ring me. So waited. Never received a call back. I did resolve this by visiting the surgery a few days afterwards I am 86 years old and found this extremely stressful. The Staff that dealt with my complaint was apologetic and put the matter right. Also the Nurse that treated me was excellent.
