Contacted the practice via the on line system at 8am. Almost immediately received an online questionnaire for more information about the problem I was experiencing. With in 20 mins a prescription was on its way to the pharmacy which I collected just 3 hours after my first contact

The pharmacist rang me at the time I had been told to expect the call. The call went straight forwardly and clearly and I could understand what we were talking about. I have one query. I was expecting this to be my annual review of my health and medical condition generally. I had tests at the end of December and I thought I might get results/feedback. The phone call on 31 January was about the medicines I have prescribed and any others I buy. Some of the questions at the end of this review did not apply to this experience so I have selected 'Neither'.

The doctor was really thorough, listened well and communicated clearly. I felt supported and understood. The set up in the practice is efficient and easy to use. I particularly like being able to write down symptoms etc - I can check I haven’t omitted anything. I like that prescriptions are sent straight to the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are very knowledgeable and helpful too.

I have been using this practice for over 30 years now. The doctors always listen well and ask my opinion about my ongoing care. I feel well supported. The set up in the practice is efficient and easy to use. I particularly like being able to use an online system to book appointments. I like that prescriptions are sent straight to my local pharmacy.

A visit made for two reasons, one to have a dressing changed followed by a blood test. Both nurses were highly professional, caring and polite. A credit to the Hollies practice.

The doctor I saw yesterday was excellent. Spent time listening to the problem to help establish a plan. Very thorough in going through all the tests. Thank you

All good thank you although the nurse was unusually very quiet. I hope she's ok. She was still polite and helpful as normal.
