    Pharmacist called as arranged and we had a sensible discussion around any options on my prescriptions. He arranged for a sub-set to be forwarded to the chemist for me to collect. Subsequently he called again with further information and sent me links to relevant papers.

    Patient here for over ten years. The service has deteriorated significantly. Doctors are great, but you can never get to them! Reception staff are rude and unhelpful, and triage process is like wading through treacle. I spend 30-45 minutes on the phone just to get to reception, only to be told no doctor is available and go to walking center I told to her I can’t going to walking center because I have a panic attack problem to going busy area they told to try again tomorrow I try tomorrow again same answering when I complain she said if you not happy you can register to another Gp , old staff was helpful but new staff needed to trainings .Absolutely pointless.

    After a telephone assessment on my medication, with the clinical pharmacist; I felt lighter, as if a weight had been lifted off me. The person was patient and attentive to my special requirements. Promising details of further ways of seeking additional help and advice. Which were promptly delivered by text. I feel the person got me and what I had been through. Let’s see what the future brings with these tweaks to my meds. Thx.P

    The doctor I saw was helpful, detailed and clear. I left the surgery feeling I had received good care and understood my condition. As ever the only problem is arranging an appointment with a doctor.

    First face to face visit in several months. Am pleased to feedback that initial contact at reception was very positive and improved from previous visits. GP consultation was very helpful and my concerns were addressed.

    I originally used the online submission to inform the surgery of my symptoms and concerns and was given a face2face appointment with my chosen GP two days later. This particular appointment was a follow up two weeks later after being sent for blood tests. The GP I like to see is excellent - a great listener and very understanding, thorough and wants to do the best for you. I feel very looked after by GP and by the practice in general, and feel that my concerns are taken seriously, acted upon and followed up. I’m very happy and impressed with the level and quality of care that I receive at The Hollies.

    I had a very helpful phone consultation and raised a second issue, for which I was given an in-person appointment. That was swift and I got referred immediately. The staff member was extremely understanding and efficient
