I had a video call with a GP. Excellent resource for both patient and GP. I didn’t need to visit to the practice is but find it much easier to communicate when I can see who I am talking to.

My concerns re ongoing health problems were listened to and I was offered a face to face appointment. The doctor was professional, caring and sympathetic. I was included in the decisions for my treatment plan and everything was explained to me clearly.

Literally minutes from start to finish. Always been an efficient practice. Apart from parking being an issue at times I have always been very happy with the practice. Love the radio on classic fm in the basement waiting area.

This is a fantastic practice. I've heard from someone the same day whenever I've called about an issue, whether it be by text, call, or an in person appointment. Someone is always happy to help.

Efficient and well organised Saturday flu jab session. Waited no more than 3 minutes! As always all staff friendly and supportive. Well done and thank you.

A visit for my flu jab.Efficient receptionist, concerned as to whether we could cope with stairs. Very well organised system to get us all through quickly and safely .Extremely impressed by number of staff on duty at a weekend.
