I visited the flu clinic on Saturday afternoon. Everything was very efficient, I didn’t have to wait and the doctor I saw was friendly and explained everything simply and clearly.

Went in for my Covid booster. It was a seamless experience and both of the staff that treated me and took my details were super friendly and helpful. The Hollies practice has been amazing to myself and family over the last 8 years.

I have nothing but praise for the practice. They are caring, professional and efficient. Recent experience regarding vaccines has been outstanding. Having moved to the area a year ago I have been very impressed by the care I have received at this practice. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Trying to contact reception is problematic. Always engaged. When you do get through it rings and rings and rings. If you hang on long enough you get to hear a pre-recorded message which lasts two minutes and then you’re ‘transferred’ to reception whereupon you hear more rings and rings. Eventually a helpful receptionist answered but just getting through took me over 14 minutes and this was during late morning. Hollies, you need to sort out the phone system to make it easier/quicker to contact reception. Why not get one of your staff to try phoning reception? You’ll soon see what I mean.

Very efficient Saturday flu jab process. Literally waited 2 mins in a short queue before being seen. Also v friendly team directing the flow of patients with clear instructions.
