I went to the Saturday flu vaccination clinic and everything worked very well - like clockwork, but with friendly and helpful staff. I got a reminder the day before too. A very positive experience

Flu vaccine booked. Waited approx 1 minute to be seen. Whole process from arriving to leaving done in about 3 minutes. Friendly staff. Love the Hollies.

Went to surgery yesterday expecting a flu jab. Was told it was a Covid booster clinic but could have both in separate arms if I liked. This saved me attending again on Saturday for a (booked) Covid booster. Strange to have been given wrong appointments… but fine to have both on same day. No waiting, very pleasant staff. Two sore arms today!

Always good service people listen and you are seen quickly if that is needed Thoughtful doctors who want to listen and help Flu clinic efficient and helpful I am grateful for this practice

Went for flu jab and all well organised, efficient and friendly. Was also offered pneumonia jab and they did that at same time

Having received a text message inviting me to leave a review re my recent experience at the Hollies if this refers to the flu vaccination clinic which I attended yesterday, it could not be faulted. Pleasant staff, straight in and straight back out again. Outstandingly good. However, other recent experiences have been less positive. For example, I contacted the practice using the online appointments system for a longstanding minor issue which has not yet been resolved in spite of various prescriptions for medications which have not helped. I am now certain I need to be referred to a specialist. It is now 4 days since I made the request and have heard nothing at all. This is very poor indeed. Moreover, this is not the first time I have experienced problems in relation to the administrative systems at the practice.

Hi, I wasn't able to access the feedback questionnaire on my phone, but I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the service I received when I attended the surgery for my flu jab. It all ran very smoothly, the staff were very kind & efficient and I was in and out within a matter of minutes. Well done & thank you!

It took longer to get my coat off and on again than all interactions with surgery staff! Very well organised with no queuing.
