    Once again I am impressed with the careful, thoughtful and thorough service provided by this practice. All staff are friendly, helpful and considerate. Well done in such challenging times for the NHS!

    When I became unwell a fortnight ago the Hollies reacted immediately. I had a call from a doctor within 15 minutes and a second GP visited shortly after. Both listened carefully and were very thorough. They were expert in their diagnosis and prescribing. I was feeling much better in 3 days and have made a good recovery. At this time when the NHS is under such great pressure I would like to record my admiration and thanks for the skill and care shown by the Hollies.

    Easy online system to book in on arrival. Calm, environment and seen quickly and thorough time spent with the Dr. As always it was faultless.

    Overall my experience with Hollies has always been very positive. Despite being under huge pressure, Drs and Nurses are always kind and compassionate and I really appreciate that in the face of chronic health difficulties they can't necessarily solve easily they are very human and empathic. I find the support staff professional and friendly. It's clear that the staff all work incredibly hard for their patients.

    Absolutely excellent practice. Attended surgery for flu vaccination appointment on Saturday. Very well organised and was in and out in a matter of minutes. Jab administered quickly and painlessly. Thank you to all for a brilliant service and for being so upbeat.

    Brilliant.. in and out… Sat morning flu vaccination…. The surgery was well organised. On time and efficient. It was a steady continuous stream of people in, vaccinated (with the usual precautions), and out again. No waiting at all. Thank you to the professional and friendly Hollies staff!

    I attended my doctors for my flu jab apt. They run a very excellent and efficient clinic on a Saturday. I am a wheelchair user. When I called to book my apt the lovely reception team looked into if I could have my jab on my nurse home visit as usual, (it is still a lot of energy getting in/out car and managing kerbs, pavements, etc) the request was not able to be fulfilled this time, but I really appreciated the team asking the question. I was advised that there was a note on my apt to say I required ground floor only. In fact the lady said it was written down in big capital letters for me! When I arrived it could not have been smoother, I was expected and shown straight into waiting room and then onto GP room. I am not sure if I can name my GP according to your rules, but of course you could see on my patient notes. I was incredibly impressed, this was not like previous years where you are in/out. This wonderful doctor had already got my notes open and had clearly read all about me. He understood my health issues without me having to explain again. He offered a pneumonia jab at the same time as my flu jab, and I jumped at the chance! One jab left arm, one jab right arm, and I was out! Again I was allowed to leave by the front rather than the back, so it was easier for me because obviously I cannot do stairs. The fact the Team had considered this and knew me was so wonderful, it is often a challenge to be disabled in an able-bodied world. Sometimes I feel so anxious about going out places, and what accessibility there will be, and how people will be annoyed that I need slightly different assistance. This is why I have named my review ‘going the extra mile’. I have been with this surgery from birth and the GPS may have come and gone, but the ethos professionalism standards and care has not changed. The whole Hollies Team have always been good to me, but I want to thank them for making my jab apt the easiest it could be. I honestly could not be more thankful, my anxiety was there but as soon as I was in the surgery I was able to calm my shakes and stutters and that is due to all the Team. I hope this review is suitable to share. Thankyou very much.
