    On a busy 2nd Jan I phoned the surgery early. Was answered within 5 mins by a very pleasant helpful guy who triaged me. A very sympathetic assuring doctor rang me back in the afternoon with advice and said she would write me a prescription. A couple of hours later rang lo pharmacy. Again phone answered straight away by a very pleasant guy. Prescription was ready. Such an amazing helpful experience considering it was after a bank holiday. Could not thank them all enough.

    I received really understandable help and advice, delivered in an efficient and kind manner. The follow up appointments recalled details from previous conversations that made the service given feel personal and warm. Thanks so much

    Came in for my baby to have her jabs, she wasn't well so the nurse asked a doctor to check her over. She was seen there and then and was thoroughly examined. She needed to go to the children's hospital so I was given a letter and the doctor phoned ahead for me. We have always received excellent care here.

    On 16th November I awoke to find a message reminding me of an appointment later that day. It wasn't an appointment I had made or had been informed of. I tried phoning the surgery to inform them, but the lines were busy so I let them know by email instead. I received this somewhat aggressive reply "As this was an appointment for today, we would have advised that you should have called the surgery as we do not respond to emails within the same day and normally advise it would take up to 5 working days." It's one problem too many with the reception staff and I decided to change surgery. It's a shame because the doctors are good.

    I’m so grateful to be with Hollies Medical Centre. All the staff (reception, nurses, doctors) have been so friendly, attentive and quick to help. I get particularly anxious when getting blood work done but the nurse is amazing, super friendly, efficient and supportive. Even the space itself is great. Photos on walls and calming music in waiting rooms makes it a comfortable space to be in.

    Always a good experience with the surgery and feel their care, despite these challenging times. Staff are so pleasant & clear. Often hard to get hold of, because of the volume of patients they're dealing with, but they are always fair and pleasant once you do. I feel in safe hands.

    Friendly, welcoming, efficient. Annual flu jab appointment. Easy to arrange and no wait on arrival at surgery.

    I requested a flu jab and was offered an appointment the same day. I was in and out of the surgery within less than 10 minutes . Very efficient and friendly

    Had to use the GP surgery twice in same day. Faultless service in reception and I got to see a snapshot of how busy these guys are, all the time. They're catering for everybody and tirelessly looking after us. Can't thank them enough - please keep up the good work at Hollies, Sheffield. Nurse was great too but I expect that - it's the reception guys who really excelled. Thanks

    The doctors and nurses are patient listeners. I never feel rushed and I’m grateful for that. All the staff are friendly and supportive.
