Needed an appointment urgently and receive one same day. The GP listened to my concerns and took them seriously. She asked my opinion about a treatment plan and we also planned for weekend if my condition worsened. I was very impressed.

I had a good experience visiting the doctor. They took an interest in me as an individual and seemed to care about how I felt about the next steps of getting something checked out. I felt listened to and also happy that we’ve put the next steps to get a mole checked out just in case as there have been some changes to it.

My first experience of the clinical pharmacy team yesterday and they were fantastic - thorough and efficient and at the same time, thoughtful and compassionate.

Just a routine blood pressure check, fast appointment and a pleasant efficient procedure with practitioner. I have always found the Hollies to be a first rate practice.

I’d just like to say thank you to the GP who called me to discuss recent scan. It was a Friday evening. She was so kind and patient. I really appreciate her hard work and thoughtfulness. Your dedication to your job is so appreciated. I hope she was able to go home and have a relaxing weekend! Thank you for all you and your colleagues across the NHS do.

I needed to arrange an appointment for a vaccination and was able to do this quickly and easily online. At the surgery I was seen promptly by a very pleasant nurse who explained everything clearly
