    Most of the drs are brilliant the others ok. But the receptionist - I just don’t understand them. They’re so rude. They make so many mistakes and then try to put the blame on you. Luckily I had dealt with most of the communication via the accurx system so I had written proof on my texts. Which the same receptionist admitted she had changed my appointments and apparently cancelled them when she should have but hasn’t wasting 4 appointment other people could have had. She couldn’t read of the page if I had an appointment and who with. If she looked at my records would clearly state this. Every time u get through to reception it’s just argumentative, unhelpful people. Especially the one lady who is relatively new here. I don’t get where Hollies her the staff from as most of reception looks like it’s new staff but they’re all lacking training. And people skills. Trying to get a repeat prescription even via email with them is a massive issue. Iv been ordering my prescriptions the same way for years but now you can’t do it anymore for me via the same email request. Tried to get a message to the pharmacist to call me sooner rather than later that day so I can order my sons medication in as it is not stocked in pharmacies it has to be ordered and I would run out in the mean time. No message was sent. Just a note put on the appointment which the pharmacist wouldn’t pick up until they actually went into the appointment.honestly Hollies get better reception staff and you as a surgery will 5/5.

    I have been with this practice for many years and I'm grateful for the service and care. My most recent experience involved a telephone appointment . The doctor was attentive and understanding, offering helpful options. It's the first time I've had to wait 3wks for an appointment though and although I received a text reminding me of a call at 8.50 it didn't arrive until 10.20. I suspect neither of these are the fault of the practice but a national issue.

    As usual really high quality care from the clinical pharmacist - they are knowledgeable and attentive, listen really well and are always helpful. It’s much appreciated.

    I needed to have a blood sample taken for analysis. My appointment was on time and my blood sample was taken with minimal pain, truly a little scratch. I was back out of the door in 10 minutes. If only all medical procedures were as simple and painless.

    My medical condition has fluctuated with circumstances including the impact of the Lockdown period during the Covid Pandemic and other social and medical situations. Due to scheduled assessment periods, I was able to regularly discuss changes in my condition and for the practitioners to explore option treatments. New trials were open to reviews which gave me the opportunity to give feedback and so on.

    After checking with reception I was eligible for the flu jab as I have a vulnerable daughter. The nurse was very kind and compassionate and made me feel welcome and listened to. Thank you

    My experience was excellent. I didn’t have to wait and I had my flu jab with no pain or discomfort. The nurse was lovely , friendly and efficient.

    The GP treated me with compassion and respect at my latest appointment. The need for the procedure was clearly explained and consent obtained. Each step was explained clearly and I felt listened to and heard.
