I attended the practice with my son for his second round of baby immunisations. Upon arrival I spoke to the receptionist and explained I needed to have a 13 week post delivery blood test full expecting a new appointment how were they were able to collect the blood during my sons appointment. I was extremely happy with this and thought how wonderfully efficient it was! The nurse during the appointment explained everything clearly and was very kind and gentle in her manner. The staff at the practice are lovely from the reception, to nurses, midwives and doctors!

I have been anxious about Type 2 diabetes. I was given an appointment with a practice nurse who listened and made useful suggestions. This was followed up by her sending me lots of really useful information. I think this practice is very innovative and forward thinking in terms of prevention before cure. I am very grateful for all the help I have received and have recommended them to a friend moving to the area.

My recent experience with a particular doctor was not good. The language used to communicate with me and treat me was as if I was a 7 year old child not a 60 year old. The doctor simply did not listen. I returned from the appointment no wiser than I had gone in. While I continue to suffer I am not making another appointment in case I get the same doctor or another one who will not listen. I’m trying to take care of myself as best as I can.

I took my 3yo old for a flu spray. As always, the team were helpful, friendly, efficient and extremely professional. We were in and out in minutes. Feel very lucky to have this practice.

I had my annual asthma review with the practise nurse - this was a telephone appointment. The nurse rang at the appointed time and undertook a thourough review. Advised regarding alternative medication and arranged to trial some for a month - booking a further telephone appointment in February.I was very pleased with the advice given - very professional.

We bought Ania for her yearly review she is handicapped and in a wheel chair we saw Fiona who looked after us very well and interacted with Ania all the time and kept us informed throughout the appointment we came away feeling well informed and looked after and she made some lovely comments to us and how she can see how well we look after Ania thank you Fiona ..from Stephen Ania PA

Arrived 10 mins prior to appointment time and was seen almost immediately. Dr was polite and attentive. Offered sound advice which I will be implementing.

The doctor ensured my husband had an interpreter. Lowered her masked to ensure he could lip read. Emailed relevant information and phoned me to ensure he understood what had been discussed at the appointment.

Very careful examination. Answered questions in a friendly sort of way. Gave me plenty of time. Didn’t keep us waiting before consultation.
