Yesterday I took my elderly mother to the surgery for a regular injection with one of the healthcare practitioners. She was very efficient and above all , kind and caring and took time to talk to my mother. Face to face appts. mean such a lot to elderly patients. Thank you.

I arrived , signed in and went upstairs to the pleasant airy waiting room with soft music in the background. I was seen by the doctor who noticed I was due to see the nurse on the following day for a blood pressure check. He said he would do my blood pressure thus saving me a journey. IHe told me the result of an earlier blood test and explained how statins work, he explained my b p was high and prescribed a med warning me of the possible side effects and to get back in touch if I was affected. I left feeling much better about my health and will increase the amount of walking I do. Thank you v m Dr.

I took my elderly mum for a blood test and whilst I was there mentioned a slight concern and the nurse immediately contacted one of the doctors who came and examined mum. She was treated with the utmost respect and allowed to make her own decisions - superb, patient centric treatment

So grateful for the consistently good service I receive at The Hollies. Attended yesterday for an injection with the nurse. Seen on time and the nurse was very efficient, very friendly, professional, and helpful...more importantly she was kind. Such an exceptional practice. Thank you to everyone who works there - this patient really values and appreciates you.

I attended for a blood test recently and having arrived 30 mins early settled in to wait but was seen straight away as the appointment before hadn't arrived. The procedure was painless and the nurse very kind and professional.

Went for my daughter's 12 month immunisations. The nurse explained what they were and any reactions to expect. She was so gentle and friendly with us both. She did the injections with care and made sure my daughter was ok before we left.
