    I have had many issues with communication with this surgery, including, but no limited to: - referrals not being sent - not receiving copies of letters requested - significant lack of compassion and kindness from GPs and reception staff - waiting for the phone to be answered for upwards of 45 minutes - not being informed the surgery would be closing early, therefore wasting 40 minutes of my time in trying to pick up a sample pot This review is now prompted by my attempt to email a complaint to the practice using the specific email address listed on their website for complaints. This email has bounced back, and has said the message could not be delivered. I am now waiting on the phone again to find out where on earth I should be sending my complaint to. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.

    The care we've received as a family since moving to the area 1 year ago has been exceptional. The midwife, the GPs and the nurse we've been treated by for various things have all been brilliant. Caring, knowledgeable, dedicated. We really appreciate it.

    I wasn’t happy about receiving blood test results which had no units next to them. One number was reported as 3456, just that, with no units. If it were 3456ml (milliliters) no problem. But if were 3456l (liters) then this is a cause for concern. But it was just given to me as 3456, in a letter with other results none with units, signed by a doctor. I had to physically go to the practice to ask for the actual results from the lab, as the lab would have included units next to the numbers. And indeed the receptionist then gave the units next to the number when I asked her in person. This shouldn’t happen. It created huge anxiety for me. Please let’s be responsible about how we report information to patients - properly and thoroughly. This helps minimize anxiety. To the doctor this didn’t seem important. I found this disappointing. Aside from this the practice is ok. The nurses are lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

    I’ve been very impressed with the care that is provided at this surgery. Everything from mental to physical health, the care is always well considered and personalised. Always able to get an appointment if needed and really rate the messaging system that is good for non-urgent but important queries.

    The staff have alway been friendly, helpful and efficient. I have two young children with SEN. The staff have always been appropriate and really helpful in ensuring myself, and my boys have received the right treatment and support. If I have had a problem with something, the reception and admin teams have kept me informed.

    Pharmacist call was prompt and helpful so I was happy with that, however I thought the appointment was with a GP so some concerns were not explored. I would much prefer a face to face appointment with the same GP for continuity.

    Mine was a very pleasant experience. Appointment was on time and the receptionist was very courteous and pleasant. The practice nurse was efficient and informative.

    It's now over 4 years that I'm a patient at this practice. I've always been treated professionally and with care. Very kind and professional team, from the people at the desk to the doctors and nurses. I found extremely easy to book an appointment even if it's an emergency, they always manage to see you the same day. I had a very positive experience with my first pregnancy as well.
