The practitioner I saw was very good and pleasant , and easy to talk to, which is always helpful at times like this. I have seen her before and I am happy to see her again .

This practice has looked after our family for the past 15 years. They have continually adapted to the changing NHS landscape and provide a high standard of responsive and empathetic service despite the huge pressures on Primary Care. We have always received up to date, evidence based care, tailored to our specific needs and delivered with care and compassion.

Blood test appointment punctual, efficient and informative as usual. Nurse covered extra issues and booked in for other medical appointment

The reception staff were very helpful and supported me through a complicated situation caused by a third party concerning a private MRI. This was stressful and I really appreciated their patience and help. The GP was also very supportive throughout the whole process. The telephone booking system was at times frustrating, but overall I was pleased with the service I received.

I have always found getting an appointment straight forward and the doctors are competent and helpful leaving me reassured both of my personal health and when I have visited with my children. As with most surgeries getting an appointment via the telephone can be a wait but once through reception staff are polite and professional. The online booking/triage is also really helpful.

I visited the Hollies Medical Centre yesterday for an annual medical review. The appointment was on time and the nurse was knowledgeable, caring and supportive. I felt reassured about my medical conditions and I felt I was in good hands. I left the practice in good spirits.

Excellent practice with friendly, professional staff. The premises are clean and well cared for. I can nearly always get an appointment, either in person or via the telephone.

Had my medication review with the clinical pharmacist. She answered all my questions and has helped me to manage my long term conditions without having to have a GP appointment each time. I really appreciate the time she took and the follow up message to confirm that everything had been put in place for me to access when I need it. Excellent care from a fantastic team at the Hollies. Thank you

Yesterday, I had an appointment at the hollies Medical Centre with a GP. The GP was knowledgeable, caring, and efficient at identifying my problems and organising appropriate treatment. Thank you.
