An exceptional GP practice. I’m very lucky to be registered here. I have found it easy to get an appointment and been treated to a very high standard on each occasion. I recently took my young son for a vaccination and the practice nurse could not have been better- she took her time with him, put him at ease and indulged him in letting him show the contents of his first aid kit to compare with hers! A genuinely excellent place - we are very lucky to have it.

Having asked for HRT, I was given blood tests, follow up medication I needed and thorough hospital checks, inc. internally, my blood iron and red blood cells monitored and when safe have been listened to, understood and offered the treatment I felt I needed. My options were explained well, gone through again when I asked questions and a respectful, complete dialogue helped my decision. Just that not the GP’s decision. I felt empowered and respected

I’ve had a lot of GP practices in my life so far and this one is by far the best! Such an easy booking system, no long queues on the phone and attentive caring doctors. Every dr I have interacted with has been kind, caring and understanding. No one has fobbed me off like I’ve had at other practices. You’re always taken seriously and referrals are made quickly. Everyone around me is jealous of how great this GP practice is… honestly I dread the day I move out to the catchment area. It’s simply wonderful!

On Friday 26th May I rang to ask for an appointment to talk to the doctor, yes I said Doctor, regarding my HRT I was rung back later by a receptionist offered an appointment on 26th June I thought I had misheard but unfortunately not. According to the receptionist the first appointment was 26th June.

I have recently moved to the area and have found this GP practice to be great. The doctors and practice nurse take the time to get to understand your needs. I’ve found the reception staff to be lovely too.

I saw a regular locum GP on Tuesday who couldn’t have been more helpful. Her kindness and empathy was amazing. All this at a time when primary care is so pressured and staff must be so stressed. Thank you
