Yearly MOT is very thorough and the follow up from GP , practice nurse and pharmacist is so good. I cannot fault this practice. Thank you.

I needed the removal of stitches following minor surgery. At relatively short notice the practice gave me an appointment. The practice nurse treated me with more than satisfactory care.

It took a while to get my appointment but when I saw the GP it was worth the wait. She was thorough, calm, asked for my thoughts and I was reassured by her advice. I’m aware of the immense pressures on GPs but she did not seem unduly rushed in dealing with me and was very focussed. I was really impressed. The NHS at its best.

Extraordinary how well the doctor handled a potentially tricky situation - an intimate examination of my prostate. All over in ten minutes.

Age usually brings with it a number of medical issues. I was invited in to discuss one matter, which we did, but the GP took time to discuss a couple of additional issues and I'm very happy with the proposed road map.

On time and good diagnostics. Managed to turn the music right down was a help. Conversation were courteous and pleasant.

Really great experience. Good advice.clear understandable. Actually listened did not judge when i had messed-up. Looked at creative solutions to this human factor and gave a clear plan for further management not just jumping to increased medication.

The Hollies contacted me at the end of May to invite me to make an appointment for my annual review. I had to wait 6 weeks for the first available appointment with a health assistant. Following that I now have to wait for a further 6 weeks for an appointment with a pharmacist. I feel the process is far too long My appointments at the Hollies are always satisfactory but they do seem nowadays to be short of support staff .

I requested an urgent appointment yesterday morning. Dr. rang me within half an hour and arranged an appointment that morning. The Dr. I saw was thorough and explained I needed to be seen at the hospital. This was quickly arranged. I have always had superb treatment from the excellent staff at the Hollies. Can't recommend highly enough.

Clinical pharmacist was efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful during my medication review. Always had very positive experiences with this Surgery, despite the immense pressure they are under
