Saw the doctor this morning who realised I had more than one issue that I wanted to discuss and immediately said they were happy for me to raise them. They were very patient and thorough and did not rush me. At the the end they summarised everything that had been discussed and the action to be taken to check that they had understood accurately what I had come about. It had taken a while to get the appointment but it was worth the wait.

Nurse was lovely, efficient and child barely aware of what happened. Always had positive experience here, even if busier and harder to get appointment, admin staff are fantastic, doctors and AHPs always compassionate, very lucky and grateful to have The Hollies as my practice.

Took a while to get an appointment, and the GP was running 40 minutes late, but the consultation was excellent, unhurried, very detailed and with a number of different options for future ongoing treatment presented. Sympathetic and realistic.

I had my annual asthma review carried out over the phone. The interaction was done well. The nurse was informative, friendly and competent. She gave me a few tips on what to do, should I have an asthma attack, which I wasn’t aware of.

I'm new to this surgery. So far good advice by phone but not had an appointment as yet. Good meds check too. Hopefully I will have a face to face soon.

Helpful phone review with specialist about my asthma which led to an immediate face to face appt with a locumm gp on the same day . The GP was very clear and friendly and gave me good explanation of next steps as well as letters to get further tests. I had excellent dealings with reception staff too.

Perfect - an appointment with a friendly, understanding and helpful GP. I felt thoroughly listened to and now have a referral which I'm hoping will lead to a diagnosis and good support.

Had my Shingles vaccination the other day The nurse was very thorough very pleasant. I did however have a problem signing in on the screen so had to use the reception

I felt the GP listened to me, provided clear information on the options available to treat my ailment, completed the required referrals and sent the prescription to the practice.he was very personable and caring
