Just came away feeling well cared for - attention to what I went for and more. Clearly a very busy GP but nothing but full focus on my needs and a lovely human to human approach.

I missed the call from the drs about a problem which wasn't urgen so I got scheduled in 5 weeks later. The GP was very thorough in the examination, listened to me and took me seriously, and has recommended different tests to make sure things don't get missed. I feel really looked after by The Hollies.

It took a long time to get an appointment. I should have booked online. I had a phone appointment regarding a medication issue which was fine, and a few days later a face-to-face regarding a muscular problem. Both were excellent, with actually a better-than-expected outcome.

Excellent GPs who are friendly, considerate and spend time to listen to our health issues. Also excellent and helpful reception staff. The best GP surgery we’ve been to in the last 25years! It’s a shame we can’t bring the surgery with us when leave Sheffield. Thank you

The pharmacist was on time with her phone call . She was well prepared, knowledgeable and efficient. She asked pertinent questions and had a view on a way forward with the medications whilst remaining flexible.We have since received a text with a link to make a doctors appointment to discuss a query that we had .

Loving the new approach where a text is sent to give an approximate time of the call from one on the pharmacy team the day before. The 2-6pm thing is unworkable yet a ‘your call will be around 2.15’ respects that your patients are also busy people 👍
