A very helpful and knowledgeable young doctor. We had a very good discussion and I felt afterwards reassured about the way forward.

Great to be able to get an appointment and be listened to and supported with advice and medication. You get that they care as well as give medication. Listening and giving reassurance is so important. Thank you.

The telephone call back and text system works extremely well. It was really straight forward to book my annual review, blood tests and medication review with the pharmacy team. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and helpful. The telephone call backs were never rushed and I was able to ask questions and seek advice.

The Hollies are always so helpful to me from initial phone call to anyone I have an appointment with. I mainly am in contact with them for regular prescriptions and this has sometimes proven a pain and never simple with previous surgeries. But not with The Hollies! They always make sure I have what I need. I had a medication review yesterday with the clinical pharmacist and she was just brilliant - made it a quick and easy appointment and I am so happy!

The medical practitioner who I saw has very good communication skills.She listened to me and we had a normal reciprocal conversation which focused on my symptoms. Tests were ordered quickly,which will expediate the whole process. I felt confident that this doctor knew what she was talking about,and it appeared that she had consulted my medical notes before seeing me.

My kid had her vaccinations, they were very kind and felt like they had time for her. Making an appointment was easy when I called the practice. Very clean. Easy to check in.

I attended to give blood. I was seen on time. It was a relaxed, friendly and efficient experience. The following day I got an email telling me how to access my results.

Had very good telephone consultation recently with clinical pharmacist. She 'phoned promptly and was both friendly and efficient, dealt with my queries very well. I had a smile on my face when we finished our call.
