    Very helpful consultation with the GP with really helpful advice and next steps. My only concern is the time it takes to get a non urgent appointment. I waited over 3 weeks .

    Incredibly poor service which is seemingly unable to communicate with Los Pharmacy. Again messing up my medication and refusing to do anything about it. I wish I could say this is a one off but unfortunately it has been one thing after another with my entire family over a period of about 9 years. This review is based solely for the front desk team who operate purely as gatekeepers and when challenged in any way, become incredibly rude and unhelpful. It is not ok to mess up people’s essential medication and then feign innocence and ignorance.

    I just wanted to thank the doctor at the Hollies for such a professional, supportive and informative telephone consultation (12 August) with me to discuss some test results. The doctor listened closely to what I had to say, offered a wider view and then gave me specific advice. She enabled me to choose an option for future treatment, and provided some very helpful contextual information. It strikes me that consultations are not unlike PhD supervisions, which I have done for many years - it helps to be as clear as possible, to ensure there is space for a genuine dialogue rather than one way traffic, and that you agree on a way forward to address the problems that have been identified. This consultation achieved all these things. I am sure you often receive negative feedback through these channels, so it is important to note, in contrast, when things go very well!     Good experience. However I been asked to monitor my BP for a short period which I will do on my return from holiday in early September. The text message facility did not allow me to reply. I hope this is OK.

    One of the pharmacists phoned me, as arranged yesterday morning. Briefly he was extremely helpful, didn't try to rush me and answered all my questions fully and clearly. He undertook to chase something up for me and I have every confidence he will have followed through. Overall a very positive exercise. He has excellent communication skills.

    Sought an appointment online at 8am. Reply within 10 mins for a same day appointment. Top class consultation with a friendly and good humoured GP.

    I have received a number of calls from the pharmacy at the practice. This has been to review how my medication was dealing with my medical problems. The calls have been very reassuring and the pharmacist has really listened to my concerns and made positive suggestions about my treatment.
