    Phone call from pharmacy at said time , pleasant and cheerful young man informed me of the results of my recent blood test which were all good and released another 12 months prescriptions

    Had a face to face appointment with a lovely doctor for our teenage son’s acne. She was kind, empathetic, professional and knowledgeable, explaining the causes, different treatments available and advice on how to manage symptoms. A plan of action put was in place with a time scale of expected results using the prescribed products. We have been at the Hollies for years and think each and every member of staff there is simply amazing; always professional, friendly and willing to help, despite the never ending pressure on themselves, the Practise and the Nhs. Thank you all so much. You are all superheroes!

    I contacted the surgery early in the morning to ask for an urgent appointment because I had just come back from Africa and had a bad cough and bronchial problems. I was seen extremely quickly by two doctors and sent immediately to the Same Day Emergency Centre at the hospital where they conducted a through review and gave me appropriate medication. The GPS were kind, efficient and expert. I very much appreciated their timely help.

    Got a call from the pharmacist yesterday-she called at the time arranged and was very helpful with my review Thank you very much I will be doing my blood pressure for another week and submit the results to the GP Reception Rest all good thanks again for a great service

    The caller was extremely knowledgable and helpful in every respect It was a pleasure dealing with Hollies I would recommend Hollies This a helpful easy access facility with a vey good pharmacist attached

    Re: Pharmacy medication review (telephone) . Despites staff shortages, of which I was made aware, the system worked extremely well. Call came within the set time parameter. Pharmacy team member was both thorough and reassuring. I felt listened to and understood. An overdue asthma review was highlighted and within minutes of the call ending I had a date set for that review.

    Me and my daughter, age 15, visited the practice recently. My daughter felt very relaxed and was encouraged to talk about her issues which she did. The doctor made it very comfortable for her to speak which I found very reassuring.

    I was contacted by telephone yesterday by a member of the practice pharmacy team. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He discussed my medication at length and I did not feel hurried. It was a very pleasant and positive experience. Thank you.
