    Find all the staff at the Hollies helpful. Despite being really busy, they are always supportive, take time to answer my concerns and explain options for treatment and medication.

    I have regular migraines. I made an appointment with my GP to discuss my medication and have it reviewed. I was impressed that my appointment was triaged quickly as I had been nervous that I would run out of medications. The Dr I spoke with was lovely. They really listened to me, validated my experience and explored my symptoms and treatment. I really appreciated the care, expertise and attention that I received. Thank you very much.

    Brought my children for vaccines. Very friendly and efficient nurse. I've never had any problems accessing care for my family when needed. Friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this practice.

    Had an HRT review after some gynae issues. Unrushed telephone consultation which required surgery visit to follow up, blood tests booked, scan booked and gynae consult. I was treated with patience, kindness and feel very reassured that if there are serious problems they are being thoroughly explored and I will get the care I need. I appreciate the whole team at Hollies.

    Quick & efficient, staff friendly.Seen on time. Couldn’t feel jab being administered at all.Offered covid jab but I didn’t want both together.

    Had a tel medicine review but was left feeling upset as I felt the GP was really rushing like they didn't have time to talk or answer my questions. I was surprised by one of the answers to my changing medication & felt I should have been given more time to discuss alternatives. I also didn't get the chance to ask all the questions I needed to. I've been with Hollies for over 25 yrs & always had great treatment from the GP's, so I'm very disappointed.

    I was seen on my appointment date straight away, the doctor examined me and gave me an explanation of my condition and gave me several options for me to choose.

    Recent annual medication review answered several queries I had. Mentioned another problem (not urgent) and provided with link to make appointment, made 4 weeks later. Intervening concern lead to messaging surgery one morning in allocated time slot. Received phone call from gp 30 minutes later, despite gp himself having Covid. Reassured nothing particularly untoward and just to keep appointment, when examined thoroughly, likely problem identified and treatment discussed. Bloods taken to check and notified of results by text the next day. Very happy with service provided!
