A physician associate who had read my notes, recollected a previous meeting and was personable and personally supportive and helpful, working to allay concerns and setting up tests to explore possible causes of a vague but concerning (to me anyway) symptom. Although I had to wait a month for the appointment, which caused anxiety, the appointment was well worth waiting for from the quality of patient care I received.

The treatment by nurse and GPs following recent hip surgery was excellent . Unfortunately on the first of the 2 visits the receptionist sent me downstairs rather than upstairs despite the computer screen guidance. As I was on crutches this caused discomfort and delay.

I saw a GP at The Hollies yesterday for a follow up after a consultation a few weeks ago. I was very impressed with the GP’s expertise, thoroughness and pleasant manner. I felt listened to and she explained her diagnoses in plain English. With anyone providing any kind of service I look for competence and conscientiousness. Sometimes you get neither but she provided both. I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time but then she spent longer with me than the allotted 10 minutes, so no complaints there. All in all I’d say well done.

Recently had a couple of GP appointments, a med review with pharmacy team and an asthma review with a nurse. All have felt really positive, staff have taken time to understand the issues and explain things properly, adminstrative staff are always helpful and efficient. Despite clearly being under huge pressure and being exceptionally busy, they are clearly working hard together to look after their patients well. I hope they know that is appreciated.

I've received excellent care since joining this practice. The online self-referral for urgent appointments is especially good - it's the first time I've been able to fit contacting a GP for an urgent issue around my working hours and it avoids unnecessary waiting times on the phone. I've had call backs when needed or prescriptions arranged via text message which is super convenient. The nurses I've met for vaccinations have been friendly and informative and the midwife care I'm receiving here is great. Thanks for all your hard work - it's not easy doing such a good job in these conditions!

Excellent professional medical advice and well followed up. The doctors always take their time with me and my son. I also enjoy dealing with reception who are so helpful.

We have been to the clinic a couple of times recently for our boys' one year and 3.5 year jabs. The nurse we saw was kind, empathetic and really great with the boys to make it as pleasurable as possible for them, we felt very well looked after - thank you
