Medics refuse to apologise or engage after rude behaviour; short of the staff required to run effectively. I feel sorry for the lovely but beleaguered admin and nursing staff who have to clear up the ongoing chaos.

I have had complex mental health issues over the last few years. These have resulted in serious personal and workplace issues. The practice have stuck with me and helped me through to an agreeable conclusion. I'm now feeling fine and am grateful to every member of the team.

Had a recent medication review with a member of the pharmacy tea. She was helpful, friendly and patient...she answer all of my questions....actively listened and made constructive suggestions and proposed alternatives. Felt very empowered and in control of my own heath...many thanks ...

I had a phone call medicine review. This was done by phone call, I was sent a text beforehand to let me know what time they would call, this was very helpful. The review was great, quick and efficient. I felt listened to and was able to discuss adjusting my mental health meds, which is important, to give a patient ability to adjust as they need. Lovely lady, very kind. Overall a great service.

Very satisfied with the service received by both the practice nurse and doctor I have seen recently to discuss my medical review and possible blood sugar problems along with a couple of other things of recent concern. Given time to discuss everything and all dealt with very efficiently in a pleasant and helpful manner. Grateful thanks

This medical practice is very efficient and helpful. I have always been happy with the care given to me. They are excellent at arranging appointments and always keep me informed.

I attended the practice for a shingles jab. The appointment was on time the practice nurse was thorough in her questioning to ensure the right version of the vaccine was given . She explained possible side effects well and the injection was painless. Couldn’t have asked for more.
