I saw a delightful HCA to take blood samples. She was efficient and friendly as always. My husband booked the appointment on-line which was very efficient; text confirmation followed by a text to choose a convenient appointment date and time. Unfortunately, he tried at first to book the appointment by phone at exactly10am but gave up after getting the same message for 20 minutes ‘you are number 2 in the queue’! Not very efficient.

Went for my usual 3 monthly bloods and the nurse was so kind, very gentle and friendly. Much appreciated as it’s always hard to get my bloods

Appointment was on time, thorough consultation with GP and I did not feel rushed, two treatments were prescribed prescribed

My partner has long term health issues and it is so reassuring to know we have the Hollies supporting us. The phone system that allows you a call back if you don’t want to wait on the phone. The texts that check if you need any follow up. The annual health review. The speed at which they will refer you to specialist care, are all excellent. But the best thing is the patient centred and kind face to face appointments. Thank you

My visit with the nurse was excellent. I am having a very difficult time at the moment and she listened with care, she was supportive and gave me the time I needed, whilst also taking my bloods and blood pressure. I have never been to a practice as good as the Hollies in all my life. I will never leave the practice now. All the GP’s are lovely and the nurses are fantastic.

The GPs in Hollies make me feel heard. Besides them being great at their jobs, it’s the personal connection that is so important. Luckily I don’t need to see the doctor too often, but every time I do, I realize they know their patients. Many thanks.
