Went for a blood test and was treated very promptly and carefully .As my breathing was difficult was seen by a GP there and then Couldn’t fault my visit.

This latest appt was just for a couple of vaccines but I would like to rate reception staff, doctors and nurses who are all professional and caring - apologies for any on the staff who I've forgotten. Keep up the good work you are appreciated.

I hesitated to give this review as I do understand the stresses the NHS and GP practices are currently under. (I work in one myself) My last 2 visits have been hugely let down by the reception staff. Each time I was completely ignored by 2 staff at the front desk, neither of them were on the phone, as I waited to be dealt with there was not even a flicker of awareness that I was there at all. Most visits to the GP can be an anxious time for patients and I do feel there needs to be some training for your reception staff on how to show some basic humanity to the people who visit the practice.

In the last 6 weeks I’ve used the Practice Nurses twice, once for a health review and once for help with a problem as a result of the review. On both occasions I felt I was given time to discuss issues and was listened to sympathetically and in a professional and friendly manner. As a result I really feel that I and my problems matter and I came away feeling empowered. Thank you!

The doctors here are very thorough and mostly easy to talk too and seem to genuinely care. Appointment times for non urgent seems quite long at the moment though unfortunately, but I realise the pressures the nhs services are under which is a shame.

I was in yesterday for a smear test. The wait was less than 10 min and the nurse was great, really put me at ease and made it as quick and painless as possible. Great practice

Had a face to face appointment with a long standing doctor. Was treated with understanding, felt listened to and included in decision making about treatment options. I think this doctor is brilliant and that all the staff at the Hollies are doing a great job!

A practise nurse spoke to me via phone. She was really friendly and made me feel at ease. Simple questions and advice led to a very positive experience.
