I seen a nurse for a cervical screening test . She was amazing she put me at ease , and explained what the procedure is for and how it helps to prevent cancer . Why we need them every 3 years . As women we worry about these tests we need not to see over in seconds . Really save our lives . I recommend this practice to friends and family they are great

It was a review of my diabetes and there was a diabetes nurse plus a diabetes specialist nurse in attendance, they were able to give me advice on improving the control of my blood sugar levels.

I got an emergency appointment, saw the Doctor who paid first class attention. Explained kindly why I needed to go to hospital. Created paperwork to assist on arrival.

My appointment was relating to blood tests. Very supportive surgery to my needs. Will do there best to provide appointments to suit. Little or No waiting time . Quick and efficient.

All staff are friendly and supportive providing great advice and care when required. My experience on the day lived up to this, providing a friendly warm environment that relaxed and helped me through the appointment

We had to wait a month to get an appt for our holiday jabs which felt a long time but as this was not an everyday appt, I would rather they prioritised patients who are actual I’ll rather than us and so not a problem. Actual appt was very good, informative and well executed for parents and children.

I filled in the new triage form and received a call from a doctor within 48hrs ( non urgent) just required a conversation with a doctor

I was fortunate to have two appointments recently with a clinician and a nurse both were absolutely fantastic and very pleasant experience. Good Job Well Done these two in particular
