Clinician was friendly, efficient and put me at ease. She reviewed my recent vaccinations and explained the pneumo one I was receiving thoroughly.

Doctor listened to issue and actioned MRI scan at local hospital. This was all carried out quickly and efficiently .

Quick and efficient only thing I would say is that tests can back abnormal and reception couldn't tell me why it was abnormal or what it was

I was very worried about a skin irritation that appeared after a trip abroad. I attended your practice and was seen on time in a very professional and positive manner….all of my anxieties were eradicated upon seeing your clinical team.

I had a barrage of problems which may or may not be connected and in a lot of pain. I was given very helpful advice and meds which have given relief. I did not have to wait long for an appointment after filling out the triage form online. Very satisfied.

The lady I saw was very helpful and informative also friendly spoke clearly so I understood exactly what she was doing and why. I left feeling very satisfied with her attitude

The Doctors at the surgery are excellent, but getting an appointment is challenging at best, I have been given false information at times and have had to phone 3 times to have confirmation of an appointment with a particular Doctor.
