I was able to make a quick appointment. When I was examined by the doctor, everything was explained to me. I was reassured by her and instructed how to keep an eye on things and to come back if I find anything worrying in the future.

I was able to park easily. Check-in was automatic and easy. The waiting area was comfortable. I was seen on time. The doctor was thorough and kind.

I was pleased to be able to arrange on appointment at quite short notice and at a convenient time too. The surgery pharmacy have also always been helpful promptly issuing my prescription meds. I find this NHS App serves as a very useful interactive tool for arranging services from the surgery. Thank you.

I sent an email at 17.45 detailing my symptoms and received a call next morning at 8am giving me an appt at 10am with an Adavanced Care Practitioner. She was so thorough and friendly. I felt listened to and totally cared for. Thoroughly positive experience despite feeling unwell.

Having recently received an invitation for a vaccination I subsequently had it very soon after. At that point I was also provided with some very useful information about associated matters.

Able to book a non urgent appointment within 2 weeks. Saw Doctor at time given and problem quickly identified. This resulted in referral to NGH 2 days later with successful outcome.

Seen quickly did not have to wait long doctor was very thorough gave good support and advice very friendly and helpful would like to see her again if needed

When needed, I can get an appointment and I am treated with respect and courtesy. It's useful having a dispensary so we don't have to go to a chemist. I am aware that all GPs in the County are the same, but it doesn't make sense that we have to go to the hospital for blood tests requested by hospital doctors.
