The doctor did some investigation exercises, I did not believe myself, but my left hand became more useful and much less pain.

I was very pleased and surprised about the level of service. Everyone, from the reception to the GP was amazing, kind and professional in the same time. Easy process, comfortable feeling. Great job.

I always get a lovely service from the staff ,I find that they are willing to go above and beyond where they can. I was happy recently to get a prompt appointment and was seen without waiting too long. The receptionist and the Doctor both gave a very good service. My ailment and follow up queries were promptly addressed.

I like the new way of booking, went online did I summary of my symptoms and was texted an appointment day and time and could change it online

I suffer from several health problems, including kidney disease, and many problems, and every time I get an appointment with a new doctor, unfortunately, they don't even try to read my file at all and give me a harmful treatment for my condition, and I have to tell them about my illness to suit my health. I'm psychologically tired of meeting a new doctor every time.

GP contacted me on Fri (11.01.24) on a withheld telephone number. I did not pick this unknown telephone number. They did not leave a message. There was a subsequent text message stating there will be a phone interview on 13.01.24 between 9.30 & 11.30. They did not call, with no apology.
