I don't speak English very well, but the doctor tried his best to explain to me correctly and wanted to make sure that I understood absolutely everything he explained to me. He prescribed me the necessary drugs and ordered additional tests and made it possible for me to feel at ease and in safe hands, for which thank you!

I was offered a face to face appointment rapidly and was able to book the most convenient time online. The doctor prescribed medication and also referred me to Accident , Emergency. I was seen in the hospital and was awaiting treatment, but chose to go home after an extended corridor wait, with no trolleys or comfortable seating available. The next day, a GP referred me for a follow-up ECG and offered additional advice. I thought great care was taken

Staff is helpful and friendly. Center is maintained clean. Appointment times are good. GPs pay attention to what I say.

I can reach the receptionist easier than before and solve any technical issues or problems like a lack of response from a doctor or missing a text that I was supposed to receive or an error. In the past, I had issues with doctors not taking symptoms seriously or an insufficient reply to relieve any health concerns that were raised during the appointment. But recently, the doctors listen and let us know if the symptoms are to be taken seriously and needs further investigation or are just small issues that can be easily solved with a life style or diet change. This has greatly help relieve any anxiety I felt and not left feeling unsure of my body's signs and symptoms. If needed, I was referred and if needed I was given the necessary tests(although most referrals still take ages). Thank you very much and please keep it up. I also appreciate that my practice gives me appointments with female doctors when it is requested as certain issues and easier for me to speak to with a doctor of the same gender and due to religious beliefs.

I and my wife have registered in this practice very recently. When I made a request for a face to face appointment, I was not so hopeful about a satisfactory response ( because of my experience with my earlier surgery). To my great surprise, I got an appointment the very same day. The GP was very kind and polite and listened patiently to my problems. He arranged further investigations which were also scheduled as quickly as possible. My ECG was also done in the same practice. A follow up appointment has been offered quickly and I booked my appointment. The booking system is also easy and clear. The receptionist has also been kind enough to guide me nicely. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the quick response and service I got from this surgery.
