    Wonderful service from dinnington surgery. From the receptionist who was so kind and helpful from the doctor who rang me a short time later and the in-house pharmacy who made up my perscription and the man who delivered it just after lunch time. Such a great team caring and very efficient from start to finish

    The receptionist was very helpfull & kind and dealt with 2 different queries very quickly and efficiently. I didn't feel rushed and my call was important.

    Phoned for an an appointment the receptionist was very polite, helpful and friendly. I was 10th in the queue but my call was answered after only 5 minutes

    Thank you for your comments, We have just moved to a new phone system which should help with managing call demand. Our reception team do try and answer calls as quickly as possible and reading your experience on our first day of the new phone system is heartening. Thank you, Carl Raynes Patient Services Manager

    our Review: Rang for a follow up, spoke to an assistant although she could not book with my physio l, after trying all of the appointment systems. She booked me with a GP. She advice to contact them they’ve on line system to check if he had updated his appointments. So I could see the correct person. What a wonderful experience and sery thank you

    Receptionist could not have been more helpful, organising 2 separate appointments. She booked me a physio appointment and a physio rang me within 15 minutes. The receptionist was cheerful, polite and patient.

    I was ringing to booking an appointment to get some advice , and the lady on the phone, she was so helpful she explained to me how to do that request online. I say I'm struggling to do it at the moment because I'm so stressed that lady offered to do for me . Thank you so much. I'm so thankful for your help.

    There was a system glitch with my online query. I called Anston at 15.20 and discussed with the receptionist, who listened, and gave options in a polite and effective way. I then called back at 15.30 to proceed with one of the options. I spoke to another receptionist who was able to do a second check of the system glitch and again offer options. There’s was nothing either could do about the missing enquiry but both offered me options in a polite and respectful way which showed they had listened and took on board the problem. Thank you.

    I explained my problem re my husbands discharge from hospital and lack of new medication. She dealt with it promptly and efficiently and I was treated with respect and made to feel that I was valued. My problem was solved within the hour. Thank you soooo much.
