Use the online communication to stop being another number in the queue. This works perfectly and I get the response to my healthcare needs quickly and efficiently. Leaving the lines free for those who need to use them more. Thank you for being there when needed.

Despite the pressures the NHS is under, the surgery does its very best to get you seen and sorted. The callback system on the phone is really brilliant and the response time from admin to messages is fantastic. Always kind, understanding and helpful.

This year had various issues going off. Always managed to get an appointment and advise when needed. Very helpful. This is definitely an improvement on previous years.

From the moment I spoke to reception this morning a very speedy and thorough service. Appointment given the same day, seen by a lovely doctor who assessed, diagnosed and prescribed for my daughter. Prescription sent through to pharmacy. All done within 35 mins of arriving and leaving the surgery. Can’t fault the service.

I used the online service for non urgent appointments for the first time. An hour after logging I received a call from the receptionist to advise the doctor would like to see me. They booked an appointment for that day. Useful service, helpful receptionist.

I recently registered at this GP due to moving address. I hadn’t had a good experience with previous GP’s and found it hard to get past the body guard receptionists who barely smiled and were not helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when I attended the North Anston surgery recently, the receptionist greeted me with a smile, was super helpful and didn’t turn me away telling me to “call up”. Whilst I was there another patient turned up for advice and they listened to them, advised them what to do and when appointments would be available. In the 3 weeks I’ve been registered here, I’ve been able to book appointments in person (always with a smile), over the phone and recently online. The online service is fantastic, allowing me to upload photos, describe the issue my worries etc. I got a response via text message within 3 hours and the issue was resolved. I honestly cannot recommend this practice enough! A million miles from the cold, frustrating service I received at my old practice.

Receptionist was really kind and helpful they couldn't get me booked in that day for an appointment, but still gave so much advice o what I could do and what was available to me. I really needed it! Thank you so much!

Thank you for your positive comments, We are trying to offer alternative places that you can go to or contact for advice on medical conditions. Most of the places we signpost to are more appropriate and usually faster than a traditional GP appointment.
