I had a welcoming, informative, friendly consultation/appointment with the practice nurse. The nurse made me feel comfortable, didn’t rush me and answered all my questions. I left feeling more at ease than when I arrived. The issue I attended for was dealt with very sensitively and comfortably due to their expertise and kind demeanour. Thankyou.

Took me over four weeks to be able to book an appointment. Problems with repeat prescriptions either being slow or refused.

With regards to appointments - have you tried using the MyGP/Patient Access apps? You can book same-day consultations on the apps from 7:30am Monday-Friday. Saw the nurse for blood pressure check re repeat prescription. Nurse was extremely helpful in giving information re online contact with practice and advice on other health issues!

Very friendly and professional doctors surgery. Appointments are readily available, all staff are attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate. Feel very looked after and listened to here.

Once past the difficult and non user friendly telephone system, reception staff, doctors and nurses are excellent

Annual flu jab. Well organised with stalls from local organisations to browse while waiting. Very friendly atmosphere. Flu jab itself painless and administered skillfully.
