Went to receive my flu jab very quick in and out staff friendly and the instructions what to do were very clear to follow

I was very happy with my appointment which was by phone. I was promptly by the GP who discussed my concerns and prescribed medication. The Doctor explained my condition and answered my questions clearly.

Went and reported to reception to sign in. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming. There were enough chairs considering the waiting hall was like a small indoor market.. there was a table from Fishers chemist, there was a table for the “Aged”. There were a few other tables, one serving tea and coffee and a few cakes. It was great to sit and take in the atmosphere and seemed a shame when i was called to have my flu jab, which only took about 3 minutes. Would be nice to see this type of thing again, whereby drawing the public into the surgery and having a tea and coffee stall and maybe covering medical issues… might be worth a thought for the future… have sort of an open day and maybe have a kids section so parents are free to come. This would be good.

Repeat prescription ordered and got it wrong - despite clear instructions on what what was required and which pharmacy to send it to. The practice has gone downhill and patients suffer as a result

Very quick flu jab service from checking in to actual jab all efficiently provided and friendly people. Other community services in reception which were all interesting to see. Thank you
