I had an appointment with the phlebotomist at this practice. I was seen on time by the nurse. She was lovely, very friendly and caring, asking me if I was frightened of needles.

Its hard to get appointments. No one picks up the phone and not helpful. We had to wait 3 days for an appointment and ended in emergency

I have been a patient of Country Park Practice for many years. I find the Operations Manager and the team in reception to be very helpful, polite and caring. Our doctor is always patient, compassionate and caring, and will do the best for you, being sensitive to our needs and providing relief from worries. Thanks you very much to the whole team for looking after us.

I've been with this practice for years & always recommend it . I am however concerned that getting an appointment to see a doctor in person takes perseverance & can be frustrating. The Nurse Practitioner was excellent when I saw her some months ago because I wasn't able to get a doctors appointment. Today 9/12/22 the lady I saw who was monitoring my BP was excellent.

I recently moved to this practice, having been registered elsewhere in Croydon for many years, and have had a great experience so far. I find that the online triage system is so useful as you can get a consultation within a few days for problems that aren't urgent and you don't have to queue up on the phone or in person at 8am. The doctors I have spoken to have been empathetic and caring during the consultations and I have always left feeling positive about the advice and treatment I have been given. I would like to thank all the practice staff for making this such a great surgery.

I'm happy they have given me good service, although I've only been there a few 3 weeks now. I am quite new to the practice and already being asked to submit a review, I wouldn't have too much knowledge/ experience at this gp but the receptionist are very helpful

Recent experience very good. Doctor and staff were extremely helpful as I was dealt with quickly and on time. I also got a repeat appointment, for week later.

I had an appointment for 15:45 and was thinking it was for a telephone consultation when at 15:45 realised it was for face-to-face! On phoning the receptionist, explaining my mistake, she contacted the GP who agreed to see me when I arrived later. Both doctor and receptionist were excellent and very understanding.

I had trouble phoning for an appointment but receptionist suggested the online form. I used this and received a text message advising when I would get a call back. This happened in the time slot so was very happy with this method.
