    I called County Park Practice for some advice with an issue I had/have, and the receptionist was helpful and offered an appointment for the next day if I called in the morning but I didn’t want to waste an appointment so she advised me to contact the surgery online and I received a call from my GP within the hour and arranged for me to attend the surgery. I was extremely impressed with the service I have been provided

    I didn’t move from the area because I had a good Gp. Now I hardly can get un appointment. For the first time after 2 year I managed to see a face to face appointment with a new GP. Saying this he was good. I’m 68 year old and I cannot alway going to the clinic to book an appointment. Trying to book an appointment on the phone it’s impossible. You try at 8 am and the line is engaged. When eventually you get through, all the appointments are gone

    I commend the NHS online service to book non urgent appointments Same day appointments remain tricky, but I think if everyone uses the online service for non urgent appointments, it could free up same day urgent appointments when you do need one

    I received a phone call recognising the fact that I am a carer for my partner who suffers from Alzheimer's. I don't currently need the kind of support that was offered, but felt very appreciative that it was offered. Left me with a warm feeling that the medical profession is aware of my situation and that I could ask for help if I ever feel I need it.

    Lovely doctor. I got the outcome I was hoping for which was to be referred to a physiotherapist to be assessed to see if I need further imagery on my knee.

    I saw the nurse for a blood pressure check. She was really good making me relax as I do get 'white coat syndome' & my blood pressure usually goes up at the surgery. It worked! My appointment was on time & the nurse was lovely, efficient & friendly.
