A terrible, terrible experience. Surgery main phone line engaged for the first five minutes, eventually get connected to the jab line only to be told there’s a high call volume and get cut off. Four times that happened! Eventually get an auto-answer and receive ‘on hold’ music. Wait 53 minutes without a reply so whilst waiting for my call to be answered I ‘phoned the appointment line and when that call was answered ask if the person on the jab line is ok, only to be told that there was a system fault and the line is not working!

Arrived 5 minutes early , registered on panel seen within 5 minutes . Nurse was lovely and efficient and pleasant to talk to great experience thanks

Have to give a urine specimen from the first wee of the day. The sheet has no information of where and when i can take this in. I start early so cant take it to the doctors.

Thank you for our feedback. A urine specimen can be done in the morning and then kept in a fridge, to be taken to the surgery later that day, or at least within 24 hours.

Sign in was easy , the waiting room was clean with plenty of advice sheets on various subjects pinned on the walls. I was seen near enough to my appointment time and had my problem dealt with in a very professional manner and given details of ongoing investigations. Overall a good experience.

Was to have blood samples, taken, once i actually got the appointment, which i tried to do for a number of weeks, this was not good, but the experience of the staff was brilliant, all very friendly and polite, there are a credit to the Surgery. Thought blood results would get back to me quicker almost 2 weeks and still waiting

The speed of the face-to-face appointment was excellent. A diagnosis and follow-up was quickly given. My only issue was the appointment was not at my chosen surgery.

Attended the surgery for a blood test. The nurse was very pleasant and competent. It only took moments and was not painful,.in and out very quickly.

I’ve done an e consult 2weeks ago ,I received a text saying they received it and would be getting back to me,but nothing so contacted them and was told that dr had sent me an email ,I haven’t got one,so asked if it could be sent by text but was told it was too much to go in a text so could I go to surgery and get a print out ,but they didn’t know how to do it ,and would sort it out and contact me ,still nothing , I am suffering with hot flushes ,agitation,and several other things ,so having to wait this long isn’t helping me ,I feel that if I’d been given an appointment at the beginning I could of been given a prescription,and my problems could be sorted instead it’s taken 2weeks plus and i feel desperate ,there is no patient care any more and I’m still not sorted x

The nurse who conducted the test was efficient pleasant and very professional only one small thing my weight was recorded as per your scales as 74kilos in fact I weigh just over 12stone more likely 77/78kilos can only have been scales slightly out but all in all it was a good experience
