I was offered an appointment shortly after my initial phone call. The registrar was fantastic. He assessed my situation throughly without rushing me.

I phoned the surgery 25 times line busy so I went down said I had a very bad ulcerative leg was told they have a appointment in a weeks time im seeing the consultant in a weeks time for my leg any luck cut it off

Thank you for your feedback. When our phone lines are busy you will not be connected and this can take several tries, however it is good that you used your initiative and attended at reception to be offered an appointment the following week, which is an acceptable timeframe for that type of appointment.

If honest it is not often I phone in and get an excellent service, but yesterday I did. The call taker was understanding and supportive and did everything she said she would, I am so grateful and can now relax over the Xmas period

Blood tests that GP had arranged. Very efficient and friendly from Dr to all surgery staff at Crookhorn too.

I was due a phone call to tell me when my appointment was l never received it when l went to surgery l was told by the receptionist you no longer do morning appointments for B12 l know for a fact you do as all my appointments are in the morning as a rule then she went on to tell me well it is Christmas and we are on the run down the nurse was very good and told me you do mornings.

I had two appointments on the same day, one for a flu vaccine, one for blood tests. The same woman carried out both procedures. She was very friendly, making me feel less nervous and at ease. She talked me through everything and explained what she was doing as she was doing it. After a not so great blood test the previous week this was as easy an experience as it could be.

Absolutely awful. Impossible to make a doctors appointment. Kept hanging on the phone for 40 minutes. Rude staff.

ive been trying to book an appointment for my disabled 90 yr old mum. Phone for a non emergency appointment and was told i needed an emergency appointment,phoned for an emergency appointment which resulted in a phone call and was told i was trying to lay a guilt trip on the person i was talking to and that it wouldnt work. I was only trying to get anti-sickness tablets as she was being sick regulary.

The only problem is getting through on the phone. Often you get to number 1 and then you get cut off .Apart from that I think it is a good service you give .
