Blood test went well, however my prescription has changed but no one contacted me 5o tell me why! Haveing not seen a GP for 4 years i would have thought someone would have explained why!

I was relieved I did not appear to have a chest infection but as nurse did not look down my throat I felt this s hold have been checked as well. As still coughing it would have been useful to know if I was infectious. The gravity of needing to see my daughter who is in critical care was not fully reassuring!

Thank you for your feedback. It is not always necessary to check a throat when assessing for a chest infection, you could have asked for your throat to be assessed prior to leaving if you were concerned. We are sorry it was not made clear whether you were able to visit your daughter in critical care.

I did not feel confident with the outcome of this visit. I was disappointed that l did not see a GP. I felt that the person l saw , did not know me or my medical history, l did not feel that l was beening listen too.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you have not left the appointment feeling confident with the outcome. You would have been triaged to ensure that you were appointed with the appropriate clinician, that clinician should have read through your notes prior to you attending and should have listened to you, however it is difficult for me to give specifics without more detail. We will share this feedback with our team.

I was very happy with the appointment that i had with the doctor. at first i used the e consults at first on the wednesday, and the next day i received at text say that i will be contacted within the next three working days, on the friday i received a phone call from the surgery, a doctor said they would like to see me in the surgery to discuss my problem, all i want was to some one to look at the problem

,i waited 20 minutes before my appointment the nurse was very nice but had trouble fitting the kit to my arm and when she did it didnt work so went back to see her again i told reception that i needed to see her again i waited 1hr & 35 minutes in the end i removed the kit then the nurse came out said she had forgotten me and had gone to lunch ??? Then i was told by a sister at a hospital that it had been fitted upside down so i still have not had my blood pressure monitored

Telephoned 8.00am 8.20am had answer- Dr called 8.50 asked if I could get to surgery 9.15am. Replied no but I could 10.00am. Took appointment.

I was seen the next day after calling Thursday afternoon, got call back from the doctor next morning and seen in the afternoon, very pleased with the time I was seen, very helpful.

In my 7 years using this Dr surgery all I've faced is problems after problems and now even more!!I've been trying to get a repeat prescription for my 7 years old who has asthma, and for the past month every time I try & order it on the app the surgery send to my selected pharmacy a complete different medicine- magrocole for her poop problem! Since then my daughter has been coughing so much we had to call 111 for help. And now I've discovered that for whatever reasons my daughters inhalers are not on her repeat prescription anymore!! Seriously!! I've been trying to reach the Dr surgery this morning and the line cuts off! It's a disgrace
